Full Scale Web Systems

In 2001, we were approached by Slade's Drywall in Kennesaw, Georgia to determine how to relieve the stress of their daily paperwork. Having no computers to support them, we sat down with the owner and developed a business model based on his daily routine and tasks.

The result of this consultation was an extensive web system that now manages the day-to-day operation of their business. This includes Job Management and Estimation, Payroll Preparation and Reporting, and Detailed Profit/Loss Reporting.

Web Reporting Systems

One of the major requests we have had over the past few years is the dynamic development of Excel reports. Using Excel VBA we have provided these companies detailed excel reports (including charts and graphs) that are built dynamically via a web reporting system. A majority of this work has been in conjunction with Automation Systems and Historical Databases and has provided the client a deeper and clearer understanding of the data collected by their automation systems.

Database Design/Development

Over the past several years we have used our database expertise to perform major and minor database updates for various companies in the Atlanta area and throughout the Southeast.

The image on the right shows part of Entity Relationship Diagram for one of the large scale databases that we developed in SQL Server 2000. This database contains over 16,000 lines of transact-sql code and was built entirely from scratch based on the customer's business model.

In addition we have also performed database services and development in Oracle and MySQL. This service has included extensive procedure development, database normalization, migration and tuning.
